*Why the Creighton Model?  

As a Napro doctor, I prefer this method because I was trained to use it to treat patients.

While many methods can help you chart your cycles, in my opinion, the Creighton Model is the best tool to help diagnose and treat complex hormonal disorders such as infertility and recurrent miscarriages. I realize that the Creighton Model System may not be the best system for every woman in every stage of their reproductive life.  To learn about other charting systems, see the links above. For most women, I strongly encourage them to work with a charting instructor rather than relying on an app or DIY method.
